Have you ever noticed how fast your body moves
Even when you sit down?
The mind is still running.
The list is still spinning.
You close your eyes for one second and feel like you should be doing something.
We’re so wired for movement that stillness can feel like failure.
But lately, I’ve been learning something else.
*Stillness is not the absence of action.
It’s where the real work begins.
When I turn off the noise and sit and do nothing but breathe, something soft shows up.
Truth.
Clarity.
Sometimes grief.
Sometimes peace.
But always something I needed to feel.
And that’s what this week’s blog is all about.
It’s a reflection on pausing.
On what it means to stop
*not because you’re weak or tired but because you’re ready to hear yourself again.
